7.How long is the production lead time?

8.How about shipping?

If your goods is not large, we can send goods to you via express, such as FEDEX, DHL,we cooperated with them for long time, so we have good price.If your goods is large, we will send to you via sea, we can quote the price to you, then you can choose whether use our forwarder or yours.

9.Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

11.How About The Shipping Cost?

Usually provide existing sample for checking quality. A little bit sample charge for custom designs.Sample charge is refundable after place order.Customer bears the sample freight.

12.How Long Is The Sample Lead Time?

Usually 7-10 days for sampling to EU, AU or USA. It depends on the logistic company.

13.Can The Price Be Cheaper?

Yes, It’s negotiable.

14.Why Do You Charge Sample Fee?

We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our bear costs. Once you pay the sample free, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.

15.How Much Is The Sample Fee?

Usually it is usd$10-50 per pc. The sample fee will be higher if there are many embroideries or printing.

16.How Do You Control The Quality?

Our factory has 13 years experiences in pet products manufacture. And all of our workers have 10 years experiences in child kids toys. We check the finish toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.
