Reusable Parrot Toy Skewer for making your own parrot toys. Use to hang new toys parts or reuse parts from the bottom of the cage. Let’s face it, sometimes your parrot breaks a toy and the pieces are all over the cage unchewed. Collect the clean pieces and give them a second life by hanging them from a skewer.

Stainless steel skewer for strength and safety made from 11 gauge 1/8″ stainless steel. Comes with an acrylic ball on the end that your parrot can’t open.

Skewer comes in 3 convenient lengths: 6″, 9″, and 12″. All 3 are the same thickness and suitable for any size parrot. Choose based on the length most convenient for you. Can be used for any sized bird including budgie, cockatiel, lovebird, conure, amazon, african grey, eclectus, cockatoo, or macaw.

Two ways to mount it. Hang it from the cage bars like a normal toy using the included stainless steel C clasp or hang it from the top of the cage by the ball. If your parrot figures out how to open the ball when hanging normally, you can reverse the skewer. Remove the clasp, hold the ball above the cage, thread the skewer from inside the cage into the ball. The skewer will hang from the ball and your parrot will not be able to open it.
